Founded in 2003, Celtic School of English is an independent language school, located in the picturesque town of Tralee. 

We are beside the stunning Slieve Mish Mountains and Tralee Bay, with Banna Beach and the charming village of Fenit close by too. The town itself offers a unique blend of natural beauty and rich history. Our location is ideal for exploring Kerry’s highlights, including the Ring of Kerry, Dingle and Killarney, as well as starting your journey along the Wild Atlantic Way. The cities of Cork and Limerick are less than two hours away.

Helping Students Learn English Effectively

The mission of Celtic School of English is to reduce the language barriers faced by non-native English speakers. With many years of international experience, our director, Anne O’Keeffe, understands the communication challenges students encounter. Our main objective is to promote effective communication by providing English tuition that encourages practical understanding, confident use and ongoing development. As an independent school that owns its premises, we offer a secure, stable and reassuring learning environment for all our students.
